Where does the madness end with management?

I got told today I can’t take OT soon because I call for help to make 6:30 pm. Mind you we got a new PM tryna get that bonus pay by cutting ODL/PTF s OT by 30 mins everyday So I gotta choose between getting my 3996 denied & get a ii for coming late or do a 1:20 pivot under 50 mins. What goes thru management’s head thinking we’re gonna do the same amount of work in less time and no one is suppose to complain about anything.
