Recruiting question

Hello everyone! I recently got a job offer and was told to think about it over the weekend and they would call me Monday. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no call. I know they do all of their onboarding on Tuesdays so I figured Monday and Tuesday were always busy for them, so I didn't want to call since they specifically said they would reach out. Today (Wednesday) I get a call when I was out around 12. I waited until after lunchtime and called back around 1:30. I left a voicemail then heard nothing back. My question is should I be proactive and call tomorrow morning or just wait until she responds? Any input appreciated. :)
