You're Doing Great ❤️

During the bustle of course registration, midterm season, and finals season creeping up on us I just wanted to send everyone a virtual hug. You are all doing great! Think about the work it took to get here. We are one of the top 5 research universities in Canada! Thats something to be proud of!

Just look at the hurdle we got through:

• Overall Acceptance Rate: Around 50-60%.

• Competitive Averages: High 80s to mid-90s for most programs.

• Medicine: EXTREMELY competitive, often 3-4%.

• Law: Average GPA in the high 3.6-3.7

• Engineering: 20%.

• Business: 25-30%.

• Computer Science: 25%.

• Nursing: 40%. LOTTERY SYSTEM

• Psychology: 40%.

• Recently applications have come in at about 38,000 BUT THEY PICKED YOU.

• About 1 of 4 students are selected AND THEY CHOSE YOU.

AND our averages had to sit no lower than 85% for most programs. Guys, we did that. I know our grades are plummeting and hope is fading but we need to give ourselves some credit for getting in. Good work and keep going! ❤️
