Object Storage throttled? FSN1

I have multiple buckets in FSN1. Recently, I created a new bucket and started uploading files from a project (around 10 TB total). So far, I’ve uploaded about 2 TB, but the bucket now appears to be throttled.

This issue is only affecting the newly created bucket, my older buckets are still working normally.

Is this expected behavior, or could there be an issue with the new bucket?
