Hi everyone, Im always happy to remember when self promotion day is so I can share my free songs, brain does not always cooperate. So Ive been making music most of my adult life and can do some creating some of the time. I made songs that are funny, sad, dramatic, loss, shame, judgement etc about issues I and many others face daily. The styles range from rock to ambient to reggae-ish. Not folk music. It took me 2.5 cfs years solo to do the music then the technical parts that I learned from scratch.  It helped to have a background but still a lot required self-taught learning so it was slow.

I think I Wanna Be Sick is appreciated, its a sarcastic response to those weirdos who believe we don't do enough, try hard enough and choose illness over the full life we want. Yeah right.

Treat-Meant is funny, going through some of the many things I had been told (maybe written in 1995 or so) to do to get well like remove old filings, take in nature, go for more tests and one I made up that nicknames this song The Cockroach Song. Yes that's what I made up. Of course here is a book for sale to teach you how. You know they have good resilient genes !

Judge-Mental is about those who judge, their inflated sense of superiority who put more HELL in health, and how they "use our tears to shine their halos, to lubricate their god like wings..." Judgement has been one of the worst parts of this starting with my Yuppie Flu days.

is where I have some songs and several with AI videos I learned how to make using various free online generators. Vertigogo seems appreciated, one of my favorite symptoms. Spooky was for last Halloween a take on some of the creepy things around the desert, Snake Dance has AZ desert elements too. Carousel is about the ups and downs.
