I just get switched from CPAP to bipap

Was wondering if anyone else switched to bipap and if it helped?

Also, my CPAP machine was a Phillips dream station and it seemed like it lessened the pressure when exhaling and increased on inhaling, so then why is it a CPAP machine and not a bipap machine?
