What phone should i buy with a ~700 euros budget (italy prices)

I gotta buy a phone really soon (like tomorrow) but im still not sure on what to buy, I was checking prices and I saw that the iphone 16 is listed at 689 euros as of now, but then I checked the specs and I discovered that it has only 60hz and that there could be better offers out there, so I went on the hunt. After some research the poco f8 ultra caught my attention, 120hz, a hell of a cpu, nice ram, storage, battery and cameras at only 699 euros. So my question is what phone would you suggest? Im looking for a good battery but not necessarily flagship tier battery, good processor and a nice screen and especially a phone that I can use without slowing down after like 1-2 years without going over budget.
