Letter Opener can trigger from cards played in a previous combat

If you end a combat with two skills played and have an imbued skill from electric shrymp, it will increment the counter to 3 and deal 5 damage to all before the first turn starts.

...but if you force quit the game to record this happening, it doesn't work after re-load. So I don't have a video
