Question about Servers

so im playing on EU servers, Frankfurt and Warsaw. recently ive been having issues with severe spikes in the server. it says that my connection should be fine and good to go, but it then comes up with the spikes during matches. but its like everyone durong tbe game.

i was just wondering about that issue as its heavily affecting gameplay
