Cleaning up Matzah Introduces Chametz?

hi wouldn't making matzah at home during Passover mean that the mess we have to clean up goes beyond the 18 minutes, therefore bringing leaven into the home? I’m dealing with sticky leftovers that is taking longer to clean than I thought.

first time Pesach here.
