Wheel of fortune defect?
I just bought a 2019 Hyundai Kona Premium SE from a dealership in the UK and the car is on 44k miles. I drove the car today and I was hearing some sort of ticking sound when the car is using regenerative breaking and slowing down by itself. Did some research and I feel like I have the wheel of fortune issue on my car.
What are the next steps for me to resolve this? I know the 5 year Hyundai warranty has run out and the dealership said I got 6 months warranty for anything engine/gearbox related issues but I don't know if this will fall under that category? Is it best for me to go to a Hyundai dealership directly to get them to resolve it?
I am quite worried as I just got the car and I am not sure if this issue is something that will get worse as I drive more or is it something that is cheaply fixed?
