help me choose

So i ve been meaning to finally build a good pc as a present to myself . For context , i am typing this on my 12 year old little monster of a pc with an i-5 6400 and an RX460 :( .
Not gonna lie it still playes even games like detroit become human and gta with no problem BUT i would actually like to finally be able to play every game preferably on 1440p on high .
So , i ve made a list after a lot of video watching and i would love your input before i start assembling it piece by piece over the next months.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KyND2k
