Project Hail Mary reminded me of something I’ve never been able to explain since 2004

I really don’t want anyone to think I’m crazy or making this up, but a lot of strange, almost paranormal things have happened to me since I was a kid. This particular incident happened when I was about 5 years old.

One thing about me is that I have a very strong memory—I can remember small details very clearly.

I was recently watching Project Hail Mary without seeing the trailer or any spoilers. Everything was normal and fun until Rocky appeared… and I was completely shocked. It looked exactly like something I saw when I was a child.

Here’s what happened:

I was sitting on the balcony with my mom, and my sister (who was a baby at the time). It was around midnight, and the street was completely empty. My mom was breastfeeding my sister, and I was just standing there looking outside like any kid would.

Then I saw something.

It looked like a giant spider with very long legs—almost identical to Rocky. It was moving slowly… and then suddenly, it just vanished.

I’ve never been able to explain what I saw.

I know this sounds unbelievable, but I really need someone to believe me. I have a lot of other stories like this, and they’re all just as bizarre.
