Probably a long shot, but anyone interested in being a team for a puzzle competition?

I’m not sure if this is allowed, but is anyone located near Crystal Lake IL, who would want to be part of a puzzler team with me?

It’s on Sun April 26th, 10am-noon at the Grand Oaks Recreation Center. The site says that there is only 10 slots left for teams, and only for 4-person teams. Normally, I would have my in-laws as teammates, but they are busy. I could technically try to find some friends for it, but I find it a little more fun with people who are a little more competitive than my friends are haha. I don’t care about winning necessarily, but being on the faster side is just so much more exciting ha! Me and my in laws got 3rd place in this competition before (it might’ve been for the recreational division, I can’t remember) and I’m so proud of that lol.

I would pay the fee myself, if you would want to pitch in a few bucks after the fact that would be up to you, I’m not too worried about it. If this competition gets all sold out before I can sign up, it would still be nice to have people nearby, who would want to practice speed puzzling, or be on competitive teams with :)
