Rocket mortgage loan assumption.

I’m going through the process of a loan assumption with Rocket Mortgage. Just a preface my ex-wife and I bought a house together both names are on the mortgage together. We filed the divorce ourselves with no issue. We did the quit claim deed on the house so it’s in my name and she is just walking away.

I filed all my paperwork with rocket Mortgage and they sent back a paper saying that I need the divorce decree to state that I was awarded the house. We obviously do not have that piece of paper because we did it on our own and she is just walking away. The deed is already in my name through the quit claim, I don’t know what paperwork they want from me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have 15 days to send it in.
