No idea how to use Chauvet DMX-4 Dimmer/Switch Pack

I'm trying to set up a mix of incandescents and LEDs to ETC using the Chauvet DMX-4 Dimmer/Switch Pack. I am using the ETC Color Source 20 as my console. Everything is patched there (Setup > Patch) with the addresses and channels I want to use.

1. How do I connect what is patched to the sliders on the console? Ex. I want to connect channel 50 to slider 20.
2. I think the problem right now is that the lights themselves through the DMX switch pack are not patched correctly. I have never used this device for patching lights. How do I make the channel/address correspond with what is on ETC?
