Instagram unbanned but can't login on the app

Hey all, I recently was unbanned after a false CSE claim. I made a post on here with the steps I took to get my account back.

Currently, I can only login on my browser. I believe Instagram did some sort of device ban (I'm on IOS) I can login to my other Instagram accounts, but I can't login on the one that was banned.

Does anyone know how to get around this? I'm contemplating just getting a new iPhone but wanted to check here first for any tips.
