Episode 5 Question

I’m in the Perseverance Wilds and have found a body in a cabin beneath the trap door. Looped back and found the constable, but I’m now missing the patient’s body in the wilds. A note mentioned hearing voices behind water, so I checked the waterfall and no body. Anyone know where the patient’s body is?
