Random thought from new viewer

I'm 55. I never watched the show back in the day. I just remember it being about Doug and Carol, Mark and Susan. I do recall Luka being talked about, I think. But those characters were only on for a small nbr of seasons (obviously, except Luka).... there is a slew of other characters I never knew were even on the show. Sam, Abby, Morris, Neela, Pratt, etc. list goes on.... I think they're on the show longer than the original cast. I'm sure my memory is doing me a disservice and maybe there was talk. I just do not remember anything. and I love Maura Tierney and Linda Cardellini! Probably doesn't make sense, but had to share. :)

And of course, Carter. duh. sorry!
