Selling big furniture

Ok, so how do y’all handle this? I’m weird about people coming inside my house, especially people from marketplace. If I sell something I’m meeting you outside, but I have a couch listed for sale and on two separate occasions I’ve had people message me asking can they come see the couch in person. It’s different if you’re planning on buying, but just coming to see it? No… this isn’t a department store.. I’ll add that I have a crap ton of pictures of the couch from so many different angles and also a video of it posted. Anybody else like this? How do you respond to these messages?
