Roommate ghosted me so Looking for a room to rent in apartment

A little bit about myself. I’m in my mid twenties working in healthcare, with a stable income (€45000 + OTE) annually and excellent savings. My budget is €1300! I’m looking in areas near south Dublin close to the city preferably D6,4,2 and Dublin 14 or 16! Any area where the 15/14 go by!

I’m a non smoker, clean, quiet, and reliable with rent and bills, and I’m happy to provide references if needed.

I’d be looking to move in at the end of the month! Still don’t have a roommate as my last roommate ghosted me after we teamed up :/
