Anyone else’s older model have shifting problems after cold start?

I have an automatic 08 C350 with around 100k miles. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t shift out of first as smoothly as it used to when I first get going.

This only seems to happen right as im leaving and after it’s warmed up it seems fine after. Hoping this isn’t a transmission problem
