Essential Reading for Gravitational Waves Astronomy?
Hello, can someone please suggest some books I should read if I want to eventually work in GW Astronomy? I'm currently in my second year of Bachelor's in Physics. From what I've read online + talked to other people, they have suggested studying GR. For that, I have found two books:
-
A First Course in General Relativity by Bernard Schutz
-
General Relativity and Gravitational Waves by Sanjeev Dhurandar and Sanjit Mitra
I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some books I should study which will help me in the field apart from these two, or if they have a better suggestion rather than just these. I want to go into computational part of GW, and build pipelines for detection, as well as observational, as in analyse the data that we get. In short, I do want to do a lot of data driven work. Can anyone help me in figuring out what I should learn + resources for it?
