How do I come out to my parents

I’ve been trans(ftm) for about a year like everyone calls me my preferred name but I still haven’t come out to my mom and she’s giving me mixed signals. How do I tell her? And if she doesn’t accept what do I do? She tells me she’s an ally but does some questionable stuff
