High platlet and red blood cell count what does this mean?

hi

i has 2 recent blood tests . both said i has high platelet and red blood cell count.

everything else was normal.

i have been referred to a hematologist.

i am 60 year old female 58kg and 152 cm Non smoker and drinker. No regular meds, just take a multi vitiman.

shoud i be worried
