Everything's functioning except the joystick

I'm participating my first tournament in a few days and I bought a Brook Wingman FGC. I have a RP2040 Advanced V5.6E USB Passthrough from Aliexpress.

Since I don't have a PS5, I went to my friend to test it out; the buttons are working except the joystick. Checked the WebConfig and noticed my D-Pad Mode was on "Left Analog". My Input Modes were PS3, PS4, PS5 and XInput; resulting only the buttons working.

Thinking that if I change my D-Pad mode to "D-Pad", it will register my joystick as the main PS5 D-Pad for directions on a fighting game?

my PS5 Input Mode settings are currently:

Controller type: Arcade stick

switch TouchPad & Share TOGGLE: OFF

Identification Mode: Console

Authentication Settings: Host USB

PS: my friend's going to lend me his PS5 this Fri, so I'm hoping this will solve it(?)

Any other inputs are appreciated
