Are All Numbered Cards /5 Valuable?

Hey all, got into the hobby last month. I came across a 1991 Kirby Puckett red crackle that was numbered out of 4/5. I pulled it from a 2026 Series 1 hanger. I can't really find any info on it through my research--thoughts? Thanks in advance!
