Best species?

What would be the best species for a 45x45x60 tank? I’ve never kept vampire crabs before. I really want a water section with shrimp in that as well. I like white mandarins but they don’t like water sections and aren’t beginner friendly according to indoor ecosystem. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
