Overall 7.5/10

Cracked the jar and immediately had one of those “oh yeah” moments—this bud was so sticky it literally clung to the bottom when I went to pull it out. Structure is dialed in: soft yet firm, with a nice bounce-back when you give it a squeeze. Visually, it’s a stunner—deep greens and purples laced with bright orange hairs, all buried under a thick blanket of glistening trichomes.

The nose is where things really get interesting. It hits with a musty cherry aroma that’s oddly addictive—like a dirty cherry candy or a twisted-up sour Twizzler. Break it apart and that scent cranks up even louder, filling the room with a rich, funky sweetness that’s seriously mouthwatering.

Flavor translates beautifully. First hit comes in sweet and sour—think sour cherry tart with a slightly gritty edge. Not a ton of marker coming through on the cut, which might disappoint some, but it still holds its own with a unique profile.

Effects kick in quick. Two hits and there’s a noticeable brain fog settling in—in the best way possible. It quiets the noise upstairs without knocking you out completely. Halfway through, I’m riding a smooth wave of euphoria—happy, relaxed, and finally unwinding after a chaotic day.

Overall, this is a solid strain. It’s clearly well-grown and properly cured, with great bag appeal, strong terp presence, and reliable effects. That said, I still think Biscotti and Permanent Marker sit at the top of the Connected lineup—I’d personally reach for the original Marker over this one. But no complaints here—this is quality through and through.
