What do I do before meeting hanako???

I want to do everything to become op, level up and get great weapons and cool stuff and Easter eggs and a lot of other things to make the game more fun and make my character good and op before I meet hanako, currently running 20 technical and the rest is low asf I need other stuff. Lastly I want to get some super op and cool weapons but I don't wanna do so much like doing all of wakakos gigs for the katana. THANKS 👍
