Anyone a Lab Tech in a company they recommend?

Hola, thinking of leaving my company as the pay does not reflect the work lab techs do, I’m also working as a lab manager and sick of doing two roles for the price of one. Ideally Limerick based recommendations but also happy to consider Dublin and other counties too. Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated!!!
