Need help with h1b filing from h4

Hi we are in tricky situation and need help if anyone had a similar situation. My wife was on opt and it was her last attempt for H1. As a back up plan we applied for cos h4 and h4 ead. 3 weeks ago h4 got approved. so she had to stop working since h4 is approved and we are still waiting for h4 ead during this time she still received pay even though we took unpaid leave. Now her h1 application got picked. When we are filing for h1b will this be a problem? If anyone has any insights please share
