Application forms are getting worse and worse
Just tried to apply for a job and I was met with this error message, then kicked back to the homepage. I'm coming across so many forms now that either don't load, don't let you proceed to the next page, or are just full of spelling and grammar mistakes.
Why are we expected to pour hours into crafting cover letters and filling out 1000-word statements, when this is how little care employers put into creating the ads?
