ABOUT THE ROOM:
10 x 15 with 2 large north facing windows that overlook the shared backyard, wall-to-wall carpet & a sweet built-in curio cabinet with drawers. The room is ideally located in the back of the flat, away from street noise and between the bathroom & kitchen.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a quiet-ish, 50+ woman. As a housemate, I do my best to be considerate and conscientious about keeping the common areas clean. I have a very active, friendly, mildly crazy little cat who spends most of her time with me and wouldn't be a bother to anyone else - unless they're allergic to cats. I keep very much to myself at home & am not terribly talkative with my housemates, but I am relatively easygoing and approachable if there's an issue that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, one pet is the maximum we are allowed. :(

ABOUT WHO I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a tenant who is mature, clean, considerate, quiet, steadily employed, emotionally stable, and has sufficient housemate experience to know that keeping the shared spaces clean, doing shared chores & buying shared items (paper towels, dish soap, sponges, etc) are done/purchased in turn without needing to be asked or reminded.

No cigarette smokers or hard drug users.

Utilities other than Wi-Fi (PG&E and Recology garbage/recycling) are not included, and on average tend to run around $100/month. There would be a $1000 deposit in addition to first month's rent, so move in total would be $2000.

              **** IMPORTANT****
Please DM me with a little bit about yourself if you're interested in coming to look at the room. Just asking if it's still available doesn't tell me anything about you.
