A close friend of mine is building a real estate platform focused on helping NRIs invest in properties in Gujarat. We’re currently looking for a co-founder who can handle property sourcing and local operations.

The idea is to create a trusted solution for NRIs by offering verified properties, transparent deals, and a smooth buying experience from abroad.

What he brings:

Strong experience in sales and business development

Deep connections in NRI communities (UK, USA, etc.)

Understanding of international buyers

Will handle sales, client acquisition, and revenue

Looking for:

Someone based in Gujarat with strong local real estate connections

Experience in sourcing, verifying, and closing property deals

Ability to build relationships with builders, agents, and owners

Stage: Early stage (network + strategy ready)

Compensation: Equity-based (no salary initially)
