How can you meet 5SOS in shows?

Hi everyone, I am seeing 5SOS in Cardiff this weekend for the first time and it feels so surreal as I grew up listening to their music and never imagined I would see them live in concert!! I have seen that there are some fans have met them before and after shows, how could they do that and which places did they encounter them?
