Apps not loading or working

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with a bunch of apps just not loading or working properly. Specially Duo authentication, McDonald's, Epic Games, Google Play Store, etc. the apps load the main screen, but they won't accept touch input. the s-pen shows that I'm clicking. but it doesn't do anything. The Google play store works everywhere except for the my account page. Is this a one UI 8.5 issue, or a S26 Ultra issue?
