How are people getting into pinwheel without opening the Destroyed Wing or main doors?

I was doing some Rook runs last night and it felt like every other run I could hear people fighting in pinwheel, but the Destroyed wing and the main doors were still closed.

They could have gone up through the Drone Wing but isn’t that key a rare random drop? It seems weird to me to that so many people would be getting in this way all of the sudden.
