Does it sound like ibs?

hello everyone, I wish everyone a successful healing process. I’m a 28 years old female. My symptoms started with gastritis and bloating, I’ve been bloated for five months. Day and night doesn’t change. in the morning im still bloated. exercise does not work. i don’t think it depends on what I eat. I’m also constipated. I dont go to bathroom for 3 or 4 days. When I go to bathroom, my bloating does not change. i don’t feel relieved. Probiotics do not help me. I had antibiotics for Hpylori and my doctor said if it was sibo, it would heal or improve thanks to antibiotics. He thinks I’ve IBS-C. I’ve lost 12 kgs because of gastritis but still my belly is bloated. I don’t know what to do. I’m looking forward to your comments and ideas. thanks in advance.
