Spasms/cramps and shivering AFTER pooping: I am looking for treatments/remedies/positive stories to share

Hi,

As per the title, I have been experiencing for years and years - AFTER pooping - first shivering for about one hour, then cramps/spasms every single time I go. Only AFTER. None of this ever happens before. I have been running any sort of test (blood, stool, intolerance, endoscopy, gastroscopy...) so far nothing. I am incredibly healthy on paper, and yet I am not at all. Has anyone experienced this AND also found some treatment/mitigating tricks. Ah, I have also taken Buscopan and stuff like these: no effect whatsoever. How did you mitigate/solve the problem? And what was causing all of this? Cheers
