Ghosted by parents?

Hi! so I’ve been babysitting since I was 14 years old. I am currently 25 and mainly do it as a side income on weekends (I work a 9-5 on weekdays so I can’t sit then). Anyway I’ve been babysitting consistently pretty much at least twice a month for this one family with a 2 year old little boy. These parents are pretty young, they are around 24-25 years old. I’ve never babysat for younger parents and honestly after this experience I don’t think I will again. But since around November I’ve been babysitting for them and everything is fine except payment. They always pay me like a week later. I’ve never had parents pay me so late but I’m fine with it, it never really bothered me. But This month they asked me to babysit twice. It’s been around three weeks and they haven’t paid me nor have they been replying to my messages or calls, do you think I’m being ghosted, if so what should I do? They owe me around $200. This has never ever happened to me. I’ve taken care of so many children and never had an issue with parents and have amazing references. I’m just confused as to why they aren’t replying to me. Also I know they are on their phone because they are posting on social media. It’s just so weird and honestly so sad. Idk what should I do? I’ve been so nice in the messages and voicemails too.
