Can’t believe how fast time flies

Maybe faster for us on nights but I could have sworn if it was just 2 weeks ago when I was counting down the days when my pto would start well here we are, I am on the first day of my PTO and I’m so relaxed about not having to get enough sleep. Actually slept from about 10 or so and just woke up a few minutes ago refreshed and alert. No anxiety about getting up and eating and going back to nap because from now until about the 20th feels like a journey to a far off galaxy.

I’m usually off tonight and tomorrow anyway but I’d still feel some tension and anxiety as the days and hours are shedding away.

Sigh, I always told myself id still work if I became filthy rich I’d just flaunt if by going into work in a Ferrari but I don’t know anymore. The dread of working has really amplified in the last few years.
