AM I THE ONLY ONE HAVING SO MANY ISSUES

To start my game wont let anyone from console join because it says that i have a modded sever even tho i have deleted every single mod in game and though the paks folder. half of the time i cant link to my epic account. and if i can i have to unlink and relink every single start up which is super annoying. the amount of graphic bugs i get is insane and i have a high tier pc and it can run any new game no issue. then we get to the stuttering in multiplayer lobbies. buddy has 200mbps internet but i sit there and lag and stutter like i my player has something wrong with them. i love the game when im not having all these issues at once. (its been one or two times when there has been no issues at all and there is no changes on my end to cause this) if anyone can relate or atleast give some advice on what i can do to fix anything thatd be amazing
