Advice for pain?

Hi! Does anyone have any advice for any type of OTC pain medication for post transplant? I keep running into the issue of trying not to take too much Tylenol due to the limit they said I have to follow, and I’m on blood thinners so I’m not supposed to take any NSAIDS. Even when I have something simple like a headache or period cramps, it feels like Tylenol does nothing for me. I’ve brought this up to my transplant team, however, my coordinator just said I can take Tylenol 3 or something like that, and obviously I can’t get that OTC, and I would like to refrain from taking any opioids. Any advice?
