Working on the island

Curious if anyone has worked night audit at any of the hotels? I have worked NA before elsewhere, and there is usually a lot of downtime (too much).

How is it on the island? Can you read, play on your phone, quietly watch Netflix?

I ask this with the hope that there is enough work to keep you somewhat busy throughout the night. In my previous NA positions there would be 6+ hours of nothing to do, so we were encouraged to stay awake as long as guests never saw you on your phone or watching a show etc. I always tried to find extra work folding towels or sweeping, but there was only so much you could do during quiet times when guests were sleeping.
