New internet unusable

just set this up end get 2mbs or less download speed.

in apartment buildin. only 2 floors and on first floor.

moved gateway several times and can’t get anymore into the corner of best direction or any higher etc.

nothing will stay connected.

any thought?

I need to cancel but I need internet until I get replacemen.
