Outlier Account Problems - Please Help!

My Outlier account was closed because I "violated the Terms of Service". No explanation was given, but one of the possible reasons was "having multiple accounts". Once when I had trouble logging in, I clicked on the "login with your Google account" button. Since my Outlier account has an Upwork email and my Google account is linked to my regular email, it automatically created a new Outlier account with my regular email. I did NOT do this on purpose. It was a complete accident and I never used my new account. Can someone please help me?
