Feeling clueless

It’s been a week since my boyfriend confessed to a porn addiction and sending inappropriate messages to woman he works with.

He’s abstaining from porn and has blocked those woman’s numbers as-well as seeking professional help.

But I’ve no idea what’s helpful in this situation. Do I refrain from all things sexual too while he figures this out?
