Infernal ttrpg suggestions

I had an idea for a game I'd be interested in running. The players are demons in the infernal hierarchy potentially under a greater power. Lucifer has disappeared and now the archdukes of hell fight politically and militarily over who can take the throne of Hell. But I'm not certain on what system to use. I have looked over Demon the Fallen and a few others but they tend to be demons on Earth rather than Hell itself but I was looking for something based in Hell itself,
