Thinkpad L14 Gen3 good deal?

I’m in the market for a good value laptop and found a Thinkpad L14 Gen3 for 500€ with these specs:

- AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5875U

- 32GB DDR4

- 512GB NVME SSD

- 42Wh battery

- 14” 300nits 1920x1080p display

- 65W charger

Is it a good deal? I plan to replace the windows 11 install and use either fedora/mint/pop_os instead. My main concern would be the small battery. I read online that i could find battery replacements with 57Wh or 63Wh.

How hard would replacing the battery by myself be?
